Ghorly & Partners was founded by Ziad Ghorly and Karim Khalaf in Beirut with the aim of bringing together their diverse local and international expertise in order to cater to clients’ legal needs for all facets of their operations at every level.
The two partners have collaborated for over a decade, and were involved in various commercial transactions involving the entry of a multinational conglomerate into the Lebanese market. In addition to the firm’s in-depth grasp of operations under the ambit of Lebanese Law, the partnership brings together experience in West African and Middle Eastern markets which, combined with the firm’s collaboration with leading international law firms, offers clients support, targeted legal advice and representation in said regions.
